Floor surfaces in warehouses are normally made of polished concrete, linoleum or some industrial flooring option, often with a wear layer.  Cleaning these surfaces requires a great deal of expertise and experience. Generally speaking, the most difficult and most important phase of the mechanical cleaning of such floor types is removing the old wear layer (coating) first.   For industrial floors without a wear layer, the floor must be cleaned using a carefully selected base cleaner and a specially developed scrubber dryer machine.  ​
